SAN RAMON, Calif. - Rachel Iozzia of the San Francisco State women's basketball team has been named to the All-CCAA Honorable Mention Team, the conference announced today.
 
Iozzia ranked second in the CCAA in three-point field goal percentage with a mark of .400, which also the second-best percentage in program history. The Bayville, New Jersey product dropped 56 triples this season, the fourth-most in the conference as well as the fourth-most in SF State history. She also ranked second in the CCAA in minutes played with 37.8 and fourth in assists with 121. Her 121 dishes this season ranks her fifth all-time in Gator history, further etching her name in the SF State record books.
 
"I am really proud of everything Rachel accomplished this year and even prouder of her growth and leadership throughout the season," said Head Coach Kristina Danella. "Her stats speak for themselves, but what she added to this team could not be accounted for in a stat line. She took a chance and left a Division I program where she started every game to follow me to California to finish her career. That's a reflection of her unselfishness on and off the court. Rachel was the heart and soul of this team who will be greatly missed next year."
