Hoskins started the week hitting the game-winner in the Gators’ 60-58 CCAA road win at Cal State Monterey Bay on Tuesday. In the Gators’ win, he dished out four assists, blocked one shot,had one steal, and scored 9 points including the game-winner as the buzzer sounded. Then on the Gators’ 65-52 home win on Saturday against arch-rival Sonoma State, the junior guard scored a game high 19 points while going 6 of 12 from the field and 6 of 7 from the line. He also had a season high five steals and nine rebounds to lead the way for SF State. Then in their 62-61 loss to Humboldt State on Sunday, the Wisconsin native scored 17 points on 5 of 10 shooting including 3 of 4 from three-point land. He averaged 15.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 3.0 steals in the Gators’ 2-1 week.
