Beth Perkins led the Gators to a 1-1 week including their first CCAA victory this season. On Wednesday at CSU Monterey Bay, she had a team high 16 kills with just one error for a .469 hitting percentage. She also had eight digs and one block assist in the Gators' 3-1 win over the Otters. Then on Saturday against No. 18 UC San Diego, Perkins again led the Gators with 7 kills while recording eight digs, one block solo, two block assists, and one assist in the Gators' loss to the Tritons.
