The sophomore guard played a major role in the Gators’ 2-0 weekend on the road in the CCAA and them moving all alone into 4th place in the CCAA and a 1/2 –game behind third place Cal State San Bernardino. Perdomo started off the weekend scoring 22 points and dishing out a career high 8 assists with only one turnover in the Gators’ 83-70 win over Chico State on Friday. He also was 15-of-16 from the line including 6-for-6 in the final 90 seconds of the game. The Oakland native scored 13 points and had three steals in the Gator’ 73-68 win at Stanislaus on Saturday. Perdomo now has scored in double figures in all 16 games for the Gators and scored at least 20 points in six games. For the weekend, he averaged 17.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.5 steals while recording a +5.0 assist/turnover ratio. Perdomo also shot 46.7% from the field and 90% from the line, going 18-for-20.
