Female Athlete of the Year

Dominique Hunter was a First Team All-CCAA for the women's basketball team. She averaged a double-double (12.8 points and 11.8 rebounds per game) while finishing 8th in the nation in rebounding. The senior post player became the first ever Gator to score 1,000 points, grab 900 rebounds, and block over 200 shots in a SF State women's basketball uniform. Hunter also finished as the career leader in blocked shots and second in rebounding and 7th in scoring.
