Ryan Chio was SF State’s top finisher on Saturday at the Sonoma State Invitational in Santa Rosa, Calif., where he helped the Gators capture their third straight team title of the 2011 season. The SF State junior completed the eight-kilometer course in 26:28 to place third out of 46 runners in the five school field. With his performance, Chio established a new 8K career-fast time, bettering his previous standard by 44 seconds.
