Brian was San Francisco State’s top finisher on Friday at its own SF State Invitational, where he helped the Gators claim their fourth consecutive team title of the 2011 season. The SF State junior completed the eight-kilometer course in 25:37.1 to place 10th out of 163 competitors in the 16-school field, besting runners from CCAA rivals Cal State Stanislaus and Humboldt State, as well as several Division I squads, including Sacramento State, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Saint Mary’s and San Jose State.
