Isaiah Jimenez compiled a 4-0 record to capture the individual championship in the 165-pound weight class at the Mike Clock Senior Open on Sunday in Forest Grove, Ore. Jimenez, who received a No. 6 national ranking in the preseason Division II individual poll, opened with an 11-4 decision over Pacific’s Chris Harlin, followed by a 10-6 triumph over Wallin Kario, an unattached wrestler from Highline CC. The Gator junior kept the momentum going with a 5-2 victory over Southern Oregon’s Cody Jones in the semifinals, before edging Bruce Balcita of Pacific, 3-2, in the championship bout.
