Matt Quintero batted .500 in the Gators' four-game series with Cal State Monterey Bay while posting a 1.000 slugging percentage and a .600 on-base percentage. He had six hits of which three were doubles and one was a solo home run. The senior catcher/designated hitter also drove in ttwo runs while scoring 6 times. In the Gators' 13-7 win over CSUMB, Quintero was 2 for 4 with a RBI and scored three times. He also had his ninth double of the season and stole his fourth base of the year.
