Luisa Musika broke her own school record in the shot put last Friday at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif., recording a toss of 46 feet, 2 1/2 inches, which is tops in the CCAA and ranks 16th nationally. The Gator senior surpassed her own SF State standard of 45-09.25 set at the Cal State Stanislaus Twilight Qualifier in 2011 to finish in fourth place among 52 competitors. She also placed sixth in the discus throw out of 51 particpants with a mark of 149-02.
