Zuleima Jimenez logged a third-place individual finish out of 197 competitors last Saturday in the women’s open race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, helping the Gators to the runner-up spot in the team standings out of 21 schools.  The SF State junior crossed the finish line with a time of 18:07.9, which ranks fifth on the school’s all-time 5K performance list. With her effort, Jimenez posted her second consecutive third-place result and now has seven top-five finishes in her career.
