Zuleima Jimenez finished eighth in her heat, 30th out of 81 overall, in the 5k with a time of 17:37.18, a new personal best time at the Distance Carnival this past Friday afternoon at SF State. Jimenez shaved off five seconds from her previous best of 17:42.45, which moves her into the third spot on the SF State all-time best list.
