Steve Franklin went 3-0 to key the 20th ranked Gators 3-0 day at the Embry-Riddle Duals in Prescott, Arizona, this past Saturday. He started with a win by fall at 4:35 over Grand Canyon's Brian Cooper in the Gators' 34-6 win over the Antelopes. Franklin followed that with pin over the Mustangs' Jesse Buggs at 4:26 in SF State's 39-8 win over New Mexico Highlands. The junior heavyweight finished with a 6-3 decision over Simon Fraser's Arjan Bhullar to improve to 16-8. He led the Gators to a 23-12 win over Simon Fraser.
