Van Sickel keyed the Gators' 2-0 opening weekend in CCAA play. In the Gators' 82-65 win over #11 Chico State she scored 24 points and connected on six three's to become SF State's all-time career leader in three's. Van Sickel came back with 24 points in the Gators' 96-81 win over previously undefeated Cal State Stanislaus. She now has 142 three's in her career
