Katie Batlin played a major role in the Gators' 1-1 weekend in SoCal as they are off to their best start in years. She started the weekend scoring 18 points in the Gators' 80-57 win at Cal State L.A. as the senior transfer also had six assists, seven rebounds and three steals in the Gators' win. Then in their loss at CSUDH, she had 23 points and dished out five assists and had seven rebounds. For the weekend, she averaged 20.5 points, 5.5 assists, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.5 steals while shooting 58% from the field.
