Apsay scored 16 points on 6 of 11 shooting from the field including going 4 for 6 from three-point land as the Gators improve to 11-0 overall and 4-0 in the CCAA with a 83-73 win over HSU. He scored 8 of the Gators' 15 points in their 15-4 run in the second half. Apsay also had five assists and two steals in the Gator win. The senior guard is one of the key reasons that the No. 16/21 Gators are off to their best start in school history.
