Bowers anchored the back line in a pair of 2-1 CCAA victories for the Gators. Bowers helped SF State hold the lead in both contests, including keeping CSUMB from attempting a shot in the final 13 minutes. Bowers recorded one shot in each match and scored the game-winner with his header off of a corner kick in the 39th minute over CSUMB.
