Matthew Hernandez fired his first complete game of the season as the Gators took their fourth consecutive series. The senior struck out six Cal State East Bay batters and limited the Pioneers to two runs on five hits. Hernandez now has 71 strikeouts in 2018, which are sixth most in a single season by a San Francisco State pitcher.
