Vallejos was on fire this past weekend, hitting .615 (8-13) with 7 runs scored and three batted in while slugging .846 as the Gators took three-of-four against Cal State Dominguez Hills. In the finale, the freshman hit her team-leading fourth home run of the season that broke the 1-1 tie as SF State went on to run rule the Toros in five. In the field, the center fielder made play after play in the outfield, including a diving catch in game two on Saturday and threw out a runner at the plate in game four to end the inning.
