San Francisco State University

Urista joined the men's cross country staff in the spring of 2015.

Prior to joining the staff, Urista ran for the Gators during the 2011 and 2012 seasons. The harrier was a member of the 2011 team that went undefeated during the season and took second at the CCAA Championships. During his senior season he helped lead SF State to a 22nd place finish at the NCAA Championships. 

Before beginning his Gator career, Urista ran cross country and track at City College.

A graduate of Westmoor HS, Urisita earned his B.S. from SF State in Kinesiology.
