NEW ORLEANS - Amy Christensen, Macaria Moore-Bastide and Mattie Cecilio of the San Francisco State women's track & field team earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors for the 2023 outdoor season. All three athletes earned All-West Region honors during the indoor season as well.

Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.

Moore-Bastide will look to close out a spectacular freshman campaign at Nationals next week after placing eighth at Indoor Nationals and earning All-American honors there. She was the CCAA Champion in the high jump with an outdoor best jump of 1.72m. That mark is tied for 12th best in the country and is third best in school history. This season she was named the CCAA Field Athlete of the Week twice.

Cecilio earned her first trip to Nationals after recording a big personal best jump at the Azusa Pacific Last Chance Meet. She jumped 12.27m for the 20th best mark in the nation and second best in school history. Cecilio took home the silver in the triple jump at CCAAs.

Amy Christensen crushed the school record in the pole vault this season. She originally broke the record at the Pacific Coast Invitational after clearing 3.76m. She won the CCAA Championships in the pole vault after clearing 3.89m, just .07m shy of tying the all-time meet record.
