HAYWARD, Calif. - The San Francisco State women's track and field team competed at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic and the prestigious Stanford Invite. Friday featured some unfavorable weather with rain and wind on and off throughout the day.
The 4x100 relay team of
Mina Tsai,
Sanaia Woods,
Jaden Nixon and
Zharia Dixon continued to cut time on their relay and ran a season best time of 47.54. That time is currently the ninth best in the west region.
In her first javelin throw of the season,
Alexis Wachowski threw a personal best mark of 27.98m through windy and wet conditions.
Yuridia Corona hit a personal best in her second 800m of the season and ran it in 2:25.67.
