PITTSBURGH, Kan. -
Macaria Moore-Bastide represented San Francisco State at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships in the high jump. She made a return to the podium and earned All-American status with a seventh place finish.
Moore-Bastide cleared 1.62m and 1.67m on the first attempt but was unable to jump over 1.72m. Because she was able to jump the first two jumps on the first try, she found herself in a four-way tie for seventh to secure All-American honors for a second-straight season. As a freshman last year, Moore-Bastide placed eighth in the high jump.
With the conclusion of Indoor track & field, Moore-Bastide will shift her attention to the outdoor season.
