NEW ORLEANS - The San Francisco State men's and women's track & field teams were named 2024 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic teams. In addition, Macaria Moore-Bastide, Mattie Cecilio and Amy Christensen were named All-Academic Athletes.

To qualify for the team award, the cumulative GPA for all student-athletes must be above a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The men had a cumulative GPA of 3.41 while the women had a cumulative GPA of 3.31. The men had the highest GPA in the conference and seventh best among NCAA Division II teams. The women's team was second best among conference colleagues.

In order to qualify as an All-Academic Athlete, a student-athlete must have minimum cumulative grade point average of a 3.25 on a 4.0 scale through the end of the semester of competition and must have completed at least 24 semester hours/36 quarter hours through the end of the semester of competition at the institution. In addition, a student-athlete must have achieved an automatic-or provisional qualifying mark (individual or relay event) for either the indoor season or outdoor season. All three athletes earned provisional marks for the indoor and outdoor seasons.
