SAN MARCOS Calif. - The San Francisco State men's cross country team traveled south to race at the Cougar Challenge, hosted by Cal State San Marcos. The Gators kicked the race off early in the morning in overcast weather. SF State finished ninth out of 13 teams.
For the first time in his Gator career,
Dominic Clima was the first Gator to cross the finish line, placing 52nd with a time of 25.51.6.
Jesus Aguilar, who was the top finisher for the Gators two weeks ago, finished second and crossed the line in 26:10.6.
