CHICO, Calif. - The San Francisco State men's cross country team ran at the CCAA Championships, hosted by Chico State. The Gators placed eighth with 244 points.

The top five finishers finished within 12 places of each other. Caleb Bouwens had the fastest time at 27:04.5 to place 57th. Michael Simpson was not too far behind him and placed 61st with a time of 27:08.8. Stone Arellano place 64th and Trevor Lam and Diego Navarrete scored for the Gators for the first times in their Gator careers.

Chico State took home the crown for a 23rd straight season.
