Monmouth, Ore. - The San Francisco State women's cross country team concluded its 2025 season at the West Region, hosted by Western Oregon. The 6k race took place on the Ash Creek Preserve, same course as two years ago. The Gators placed 23rd out of 28 with 639 points. Chico State won the women's West Region Championship.

Raven Nieto became the first Gator to crack the top 100 since the 2022 season and placed 99th. Nieto, who ran this course her freshman season, ran it over a minute and a half faster to finish with a time of
