SAN FRANCISCO - For a second straight season, Alvarado has been named to the All-CCAA Second Team as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon. In her junior campaign, she ranked third in the conference in points per game (16.6 ppg) and second in steals per game (2.9).

Alvarado had 431 points, 101 rebounds, 76 steals, 73 assists and 11 blocks on the season. On February 13, Alvarado became the ninth player in program history to record 1,000 career points. She currently has 1,105 career points, sixth most in program history, Her 214 career assists ranks seventh in school history while her 157 career steals ranks tenth. A sharp shooter at the free-throw line, Alvarado had 108 made shots at the line. With 338 free throws made, she sits in third all-time.

The Gators closed out the season with a 9-18 record and 7-15 conference record.
