LOS ANGELES -  The San Francisco State men's track and field team took its further trip of the season to race in the Occidental Spring Break Classic.

Benjamin Elfenbaum was .18 seconds off of breaking the two-minute barrier in the 800m. Jesus Aguilar led the Gators in the 5000m with a personal best time of 15:06.83. Jose Torress ran in his first steeplechase of the year and placed fourth with a time of 9:50.89.
