LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The San Francisco State softball team earned Easton/NFCA Team GPA honors, posting a 3.690 GPA for the 2024-25 academic year. The GPA was the 20th best in NCAA Division II and second best in the West Region. In addition, 19 Gator student-athletes earned the distinction of Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.
In order to make the Easton/NFCA Team GPA list, a program must have collectively delivered a 3.00 cumulative team grade point average or higher for the year. To qualify for Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors, the student-athlete must have compiled a minimum GPA of 3.50 for the 2024-25 academic year.
The Gators excelled in the classroom while also excelling on the diamond. They took home their first CCAA Tournament title and were the second seed in the NCAA DiI West Region. The team was consistently ranked in the top 25.
