RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The San Francisco State men's cross country team traveled to UC Riverside to race in UC Riverside Invitational. The Gators raced in the 8K open and finished 12th out of 22 teams.
The Gators raced in a crowded competition that featured 287 finishers.
Caleb Bouwens and
Stone Arellano finished at the exact same time with a time of 25:47.6 The race camera determined Bouwens finished slightly ahead of Stone to place 39th.
Dominic Clima and
Michael Simpson also finished in the top 100, finishing in 92nd and 98th place respectively.

The Gators return home for the annual SF State invite at Golden Gate park. The men's race will take place at 4:15 pm. After the conclusion of the event, the Gators will honor senior Tyler Sharp.
