SEASIDE, Calif. - The San Francisco State women's soccer team fell behind early for a second straight game. This time the Gators had no response to Cal State Monterey Bay and fell 3-0.
- SF State falls to 2-6-1 on the season and 1-4-0 in the CCAA. Cal State Monterey Bay improves to 4-2-3 and 2-2-1 in the CCAA.
- Kiralyn Kuramoto provided most of the offense for the Gators and took five of their seven shots. She had four on goal.
- The Otters had a six to one advantage on corner kicks.
- Kuramoto picked up her second yellow card of the season.
- Monterey Bay's Juliana Dow finished with seven shots.
The Otters got on the board in the opening two minutes. Ella Schug passed the ball to Kamryn Bubak who shot the ball high left. Monterey Bay struck again in the 74th minute when Jayme Gomez scored off passes from Chloe Van Winkle and Naomi Tobias. The Otters capped things off with a fast break goal in the final minute of action.
Peyton Graham (2-6-1) allowed three goals and posted six saves. Willow Baltazar made five saves in the shut-out.
