LOS ANGELES - The San Francisco State women's track & field team travel south the Oxy Distance Carnival-Spring Break Classic. The Gators raced several of their races under the lights for a little cooler racing weather.

Raven Nieto had a big personal best in the 5000m and finished with a CCAA qualifying time in the 5000m at 18.29.19. She ran close to 13 seconds faster than her previous personal best time.

Anika Pettinger led a big group of Gators in 1500m to cross the finish line with a time of 4:55.71, good for 18th place. Julia Pioroda and Yuridia Corona-Duran both crossed right after her.
