SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco State women's track & field team opened the 2026 campaign at the Golden Gate Track Fest at Cox Stadium.
Yuridia Corona led the Gators in 1500m and ran a CCAA qualifying time of 4:45.73 in her first race of the year. Anika Pettinger, who holds the ninth best time in program history in the 3000m, got off to a strong start and finished with a time of 10:32.89, ten seconds off her personal best time. Raven Nieto was not too far behind with a time of 10:40.82
