2012-13: Went 20-7 at 133....Just missed out on qualifying for Nationals by placing 5th at Regionals...Finished 2nd in California Collegiate Invitational at SF State...Finished First at Menlo Invitational...Went 2-1 at Mustang Duals including a 10-2 major decision win over Wyoming's Jake Eitzen.

2011-12: Competed at Sacramento City College during his sophomore season, earning the Big Eight Conference’s Most Outstanding Wrestler award to go along with first-team all-league honors ... Recorded a third-place finish in the 133-pound weight class at the 2011 California Community College Championships ... Was named Most Valuable Wrestler at the Sac City Tournament ... Also captured the individual title in his division at the SF State JC Open.

2010-11: Enrolled at SF State as a freshman, posting a 9-8 record with two pins and a victory by technical fall ... Placed in two tournaments at 125 pounds, taking home a third-place medal at the Menlo Invitational to go along with a fifth-place effort at the Mike Clock Senior Open ... Also participated as an unattached wrestler at the Gators’ own California Collegiate Open ... Made his first-ever collegiate dual-meet start vs. Grand Canyon at 133.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2010 from Sheldon High School where he was a two-time Delta River League champion ... Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 119-pound weight class at the CIF Championships as a senior ... Took seventh in the 112-pound division at the state meet during his junior campaign ... Also competed in soccer as a prep.
