2014 CROSS COUNTRY: Named team captain for the women's cross country team in her senior campaign.
2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six races for the Gators in 2013…was named to the All-West Region after placing 17th at the NCAA Division II West Regionals finishing with a time of 22:43.4…earned her second All-CCAA honor after placing 10th at the CCAA Championships with a time of 22:47.1…made her 2013 debut at the Crystal Springs Invitational on Sept. 7 finishing third out of 46 runners with a time of 23;34…placed third overall out of 50 runners at the Sonoma State Invitational on Sept. 21…crossed the finish line with a time of 23:05.41…took fifth at the SF State Invitational with a time of 22:27.4.
2013 TRACK: Moved into a new role as the Gators' top steeplechase runner, while also competing in other distance events ... earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors after placing third in the 3K steeplechase at the CCAA Championships (5/2) with her personal-best time of 11:26.86, which also ranks her second in the SF State all-time best list ... grabbed a season- and personal-best time of 4:57.08 in the 1500m at the Chico State Twilight and Distance Carnival (4/12) ... also picked up a season- and personal-best time of 18:15.39 in the 5K again at the Chico State meet (4/12).
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: After an illness left her out of competition for the beginning of the seaon, only competed in final two races ... Finished with a third team-best 55th place at the NCAA West Region Championship Meet, clocking in at 23:23.
2012 TRACK: Ran in four meets during the outdoor schedule … Climbed into 11th place on the school’s all-time performance list in the 5,000 meters after registering a season-fast time of 18:19.00 at Cal State Stanislaus’ Kim Duyst Invitational (March 3) … Also competed in the same race at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships, where she placed 14th at 18:42.49 (May 5) … Competed in a pair of middle distance events at the Humboldt Invitational finishing 10th and 11th, respectively, in the 800 (2:41.84) and 1,500 (5:06.03), (March 10) … Made her lone appearance of the indoor campaign at the UW Husky Open a memorable one, finishing ninth among collegians in the 3,000 with a time of 10:45.17, which ranks sixth in school history (Feb. 12) … Earned a spot on the SF State Athletics Dean’s List for both semesters.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Made an enormous impact during her freshman campaign, finishing as the Gators’ No. 2 runner in four of six meets … Earned all-CCAA honors after placing 14th overall at the conference championships with a 6K personal-fast time of 21:57.80, which ranks fourth in SF State history (Oct. 22) … Received CCAA Runner of the Week accolades after leading the Gators’ to a runner-up team finish at the season-opening Notre Dame de Namur Invitational with a second-place individual effort of 23:17 (Sept. 3) … Also cracked the top 10 with a ninth-place showing of 22:42.6 at the SF State Invite, helping the Purple and Gold to a strong fourth-place result amongst a highly competitive field of 13 schools (Oct. 7) … Ended the year with a solid performance of 22:25 at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships, finishing 27th overall (Nov. 12).
PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2011 from Dana Hills High School … Helped the Dolphins to the CIF Division I championship as a sophomore in 2008 … Garnered all-South Coast League accolades on two occasions … Received second-team all-state recognition and was named her team’s most improved runner following her freshman campaign … Also competed in track, earning all-conference honors as a senior.
