2018: Completed her Gator career by cementing herself in the top-ten in SF State history in games pitched (77), wins (21), innings (345.0) and strikeouts (149)… had career highs in wins (11), starts (23), complete games (13), strikeouts (58) and innings pitched (145)… got her first complete game victory at Cal State San Marcos (Feb. 9)… struck out a season-high six while throwing all seven innings against San Bernardino (Feb. 16)…allowed no earned in five innings against Notre Dame de Namur (Feb. 19)… struck out five with one earned in the complete game win against Stanislaus (March 11)… threw back-to-back complete games against Dominguez Hills (March 17) and Concordia CA (March 23), striking out a combined six with just two earned…named
CCAA Pitcher of the Week for April 2-9 after going 2-0 with 11.1 innings and a complete game and one earned for a 1.85 ERA.
2017: Named
2016-17 CCAA All-Academic... Made 15 starts in the circle and appeared in 18 games… Tossed ten complete games and registered one save… Struck out 46 over 92.1 innings… Registered two complete game victories in her first two starts of the season, allowing just four earned over those 14 innings… Struck out a season-high six against Cal State San Marcos.
2016: Tossed 103.1 innings while appearing in 22 games… Threw nine complete games and notched a pair of saves… Ranked second on the team in ERA with a mark of 3.18… Went six innings in her first start of the season, allowing just two hits… Threw her first complete game of the season in the win over Cal State Dominguez Hills, striking out three while allowing just two earned…. Struck out a season-high eight while shutting out East Bay over seven innings.
2015: Made nine appearances and three starts in her freshman campaign…went 0-3 with a 5.78 ERA in 13.1 innings pitched…made her collegiate debut on Mar. 25 against Western Oregon throwing 1.1 innings with just a walk…made her first collegiate start Mar. 29 against Cal State Stanislaus throwing 2.0 innings, recording her first career strike out.
PRIOR TO SF STATE: Joins the Gators by way of Laguna Niguel, Calif., where she attended Dana Hills High School…lettered three times for the Dolphins earning all-conference honors her junior and senior year…in her junior season she helped guide the Dolphins to a 12-14 mark en route to South Coast League Honorable Mention accolades…in her senior season she went 13-3 boasting a 3.25 ERA…in 99 innings pitched she tallied 91 strike outs helping her earn Second Team All-South Coast League honors…guided her team to a 19-6 record that year and an appearance in the CIF Southern Section playoffs…parents are Sara and Tom Cassidy…hobbies include going to the movies and hanging out with friends.
