2019 XC: Placed in four 6K races this season… Ran a 25:43.2 in the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28)… Took 41st at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 11) with a time of 25:06.3… Wrapped up the year running a 24:41.7 at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 9).
2019 Outdoor: Crossed in fifth at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) in the 1500m with a 5:14.39… Recorded a personal-best 2:27.72 in the 800m at the Hornet Invitational (March 16)… Took eighth as part of the DMR at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 30) with a time of 12:50.68… Ran a personal-best 5:03.49 in the 1500m at the East Bay Invite (April 13).
2018 XC: Placed 48th at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21) with a time of 24:29.3... recorded a career-best 23:38.9 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 13)... Wrapped up the season with a 24:56.1 a the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 17).
2018 Outdoor: Began the year with a personal-best 19:38.87 in the 5000m at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational… ran a 12:50.68 in the two mile at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival… wrapped up the season at the Woody Wilson Classic running a 5:17.29 in the 1500m.
2017 XC: Began the season running a 25:14.1 at the SF State Invitational… posted a personal-best 24:49.9 at the UC Davis Doc Adams Open.
2017 Outdoor: Notched a career-best 5:22.77 in the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invite... ran a 2:31.35 in the 800m at the Cal Poly Invitational... capped off the season with a tenth-place finish with a time of 24:49.9.
2016 XC: Appeared in three races for the Gators in 2016…made her collegiate debut on Sept. 15 at the Speedway Duals where she finished 53
rd with a time of 29:17 in the
5800m race…on Oct. 7 at the SF State Invite she placed 96
th with a time of 26:55.5…in her final race of the season she set a personal-best in the 6k at the Bronco Invite, crossing the line with a time of 25:33.9.
Prior to SF State: Attended nearby Granada High School in Livermore, Calif…lettered all four years in cross country for the Matadors…was also a member of the dance team in high school…parents are Jeff and Christine Leonard…has two siblings, a sister Rachel who is a senior on the Sacramento State women’s soccer team…hobbies include running, adventuring and hanging out with friends.
