2019: Started 57 games and appeared in 58… Hit .274 with 20 runs scored… Perfect 5-for-5 on the base paths… Scored two runs and added a base hit in her first collegiate game against Azusa Pacific (Feb. 1)… Went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs scored against Sonoma State (Feb. 17)… Recorded a season-high three hits and scored the winning run against Sonoma State (April 9)… Hit her first collegiate home run, which was a two-run shot that gave the Gators a 2-1 lead over East Bay (April 27).

Before SF State: Batted .445 as a varsity infielder for Kern Valley HS, including a stellar .500 mark in 2017... Accumulated 92 runs scored, 66 RBIs, 20 doubles and three home runs in three seasons, which helped her earn High Desert League First-Team recognition twice as well as being named to the ESPN Radio 640 All-Valley Players List.... Alvarez also played club softball for So Cal 3D 18u Gold Colon.
