2018: Finished 21st at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 29) with a time of 24:55.5 and earned Gator of the Week honors… Placed third at the Western Washington Classic (Oct. 20) with a time of 31:55.0 in the 10k race… Took second at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 3), which is the best finish by a Gator at the CCAA Championships in program history, with a time of 24:12.7 and was named Gator of the Week… Qualified for the NCAA National Championships by crossing in fourth place at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 17) with a mark of 31:00.2 for his third-straight top-five finish of the year, and was named Gator of the Week for the third time this season… Wrapped up the campaign beating the course record at the NCAA National Championships (Dec. 1) with a 53rd place finish and a time of 33:51.6 and earned another Gator of the Week plaudit.

California (2014-16): Was a key member of Cal’s cross country team that advanced to the  NCAA Championships twice... All-region honoree … Finished 72nd at NCAA regionals and 199th at the national meet… recipient of men's Neufeld Scholar-Athlete Award, which goes to the graduating senior student-athlete with the highest GPA… Finished ninth in the 10,000 meters at the 2014 Pac-12 Track & Field Championships.
