2019 TF: Took second at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) in the 5000m with a time of 16:50.35... Ran a personal-best 2:11.42 in the 800m at the Art Dual Meet (March 22)... Wrapped up the season with an eighth-place finish in the 4x400 with a 3:58.58 and a personal-best 4:25.04 in the 1500m at the East Bay Invite (April 13).
