2019 TF: Took third in the 3000m with a time of 9:07.78 at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22)... Ran a personal-best 9:01.59 to take second at the Art Dual Meet (March 22)... Posted a 15:21.67 for another personal best in the 5000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 30)... Crossed in 15:31.27 at the 5000m at the CCAA Championships (May 2) to take 16th.

2018 XC: Paced the Gators at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21) with a 14th-place finish and a time of 26:22.0… Earned Gator of the Week honors after placing 28th at the Western Washington Classic (Oct. 20), traversing the 10k course in 33:14.0… Crossed in 25th place at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 3) with a time of 25:31.5… Wrapped up the season with a 42nd-place finish at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 17), recording a time of 32:10.8.

2017 XC: Competed in four races… Ran a 26:26.1 at the SF State Invite… Set a new career best time of 26:06.2 at the CCAA Championships… Paced the Gators at the NCAA West Regional, clocking in at 31:38.5 which is a career-best mark.

2016 XC:  Ran in all five races for the Gators in 2016…made his collegiate debut on Sept. 15 at the Speedway Duals where he took 29th with a time of 24:22…Took ninth at the Yellowjacket Invitational hosted by Montana State-Billings, crossed the line with a time of 33:23.30 in the 10k race…At his first ever CCAA Championships he took 37 with a time of 26:06.7, a season-high in the 8k…took 55th at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships…Set a season-high time in the 10k, clocking in at 31:51.4.

2015 XC:  Utilized his red-shirt season…Was named to the 2016 Spring Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

Before SF State:  Comes to SF State by way of Antioch, California, where he attended De La Salle HS… Lettered in both cross country and track and field for Spartans… Helped guide the Spartans to back-to-back East Bay Athletic League Championships and North Coast Section Championships… Earned all-league honors his senior campaign where the Spartans finished the year placing seventh in state… As a member of the De La Salle Track and Field team, finished seventh in the state in the 3200m race.

Personal: Parents Tonie and Johnny… Three siblings Jayden, Stephan, and Sophia.
