2019 XC: Saw action in two 6K races… Ran a 26:11.5 at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28)… Crossed in 26:04.7 at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 11).
2019 Outdoor: Took fifth at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) in the 3000m with an 11:44.08… Crossed in 5:21.11 for a sixth-place finish at the Art Dual Meet (March 22) in the 1500m.
2018 XC: Began the season with a time of 25:52.0 at the USF Invitational (Sept. 1)... Ran a 25:19.2 at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21)... Logged a season-best 24:40.3 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 13).

Before SF State: Joins the Gators by way of Terra Nova High School in nearby Pacifica… Was a three-time letter winner in cross country for the Tigers… Began running cross country as a sophomore and for three-straight years ran in the CCS… Was named the Tigers' most valuable runner in 2015 and 2016.
