2019 XC: Appeared in all five 6K races this season… Ran a 24:33.9 at the Sundowner Invitational (Sept. 20)… Crossed the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28) course in 23:43.8… Ran a 25:09.6 at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 11)… Recorded a time of 25:02.2 at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 26)… Wrapped up the year with the lowest time recorded in a 6K of 23:15.3 at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 9).
2019 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 19.37.53 in the 5000m at the Hornet Invitational (March 16)… Took second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Art Dual Meet (March 22) with a 12:12.57… Added another silver in steeplechase at the East Bay Invite (April 13) with a personal-best 12:11.04.
2018 XC: Ran a 24:45.0 at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21)... Recorded a season-best 23:56.6 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 13)... Finished 69th at the CCAAÂ Championships with a time of 24:06.0... Wrapped up the season at the NCAA West Region Championships with a mark of 24:55.9.
East Los Angeles CC (2015-17): Served as Team Captain for her cross country squad… took tenth place in the South Coast Conference Championships… set a new personal record in 2016 at the Santa Barbara CC Easter Relays Invite by taking second place in the 1500m with a time of 5:07.28… named the Most Outstanding Athlete by her Head Coach during the 2016 season… placed fourth at the Foothill CC Invitational in 2015.
