2019 TF: Took fifth at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) with a time of 2:16.74 in the 800m... Recorded a pair of first-place finishes in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:52.56 and in the final leg of the 4x400 with a time of 3:50.01 at the Art Dual Meet (March 22)... Ran a personal-best 4:17.51 in the 1500m at the East Bay Invite (April 13).

2018 XC : Kicked off the season with a time of 28:02.3 at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21)… Ran a 35:03.0 in the 10K Western Washington Classic (Oct. 20) to place 89th out of a field of 163 competitors… Crossed in 27:25.9 at the CCAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 3)… Wrapped up the season at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 17), clocking in at 33:43.1 in the 6.2m race.

2017 XC: Appeared in all five races… Notched a 26:53.4 at the SF State Invite in the 8K… Ran a career-best 26:17.1 at the CCAA Championships… Competed in his first-ever NCAA West Regional, finishing with a time of 33:07.1.

2016 XC: Appeared in four races for the Gators in 2016…Made his Gator debut at the Speedway Duals on Sept. 15, where he finished 43^rd with a time of 25:26…Took 24^th at the Yellowjacket Invitational in his first 10k with a time…Set a season-high in the 8k at his first ever CCAA Championships where he finished 67^th with a time of 27:16.6. 
 
2015 XC: Utilized his red-shirt season... Named to the 2016 Spring Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Before SF State: Participated in cross country and track and field for Santa Teresa High School in nearby San Jose, Calif. …Named to the most valuable player on his cross country team both his junior and senior year…He was also named the Santa Teresa High School Senior Class Athlete of the Year…Was a two-time individual qualifier to the state cross country championships, he earned All-Blossom Valley Athletic League honors while lettering for the Saints.

Personal: Parents are Susan and Jim… Brother Dylan… Hobbies include rock climbing and hanging with friends.
