2008-09: Was one of five Gators to receive All-Academic honors from the NCAA Division II Wrestling Coaches Association ... Finished his junior campaign with a 3-5 record ... Notched his first win at SF State with a 9-4 decision over Zach Monarrez of host Southern Oregon at the Best of West Tournament ... Collected his first career victory by fall over Central College’s Brandon Rose at the Menlo Invitational ... Also recorded a pin at the California Collegiate Invitational.

2007-08: Utilized redshirt season.


2006-07: Earned his first selection to the NWCA All-Academic team ... Saw limited duty as a sophomore, competing in two matches apiece at Northern Colorado’s Old Chicago Open and Menlo Invitational.

2005-06: Finished with an 0-6 record in his first season as a Gator ... Earned his first two dual-meet starts vs. Western State and at UC Davis in the 125-pound weight class.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated from Concord High School in 2005 ... Also played football and ran track for the Minutemen.

\PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology at SF State.
