2022 TF: Competed at five meets ... Had a personal best time of 11:16.89 in the 3000m steeplechase to finish eighth at the Kim Duyst Invite on March 19.

2021 XC: Raced in four meets ... finished the San Francisco State Invitational (Sept 10) with a time of 27:47.4 ... Crossed the finish line with a time of 28:19.8 at the Pacific Invitational (Oct 1) ... Raced in the Bill Roe Invitational (Oct 9) and had a time of 35:52.5 ... Had his best time of the season at the Bronco Invite (Oct 16) with a time of 27:39.5.

2019 TF: Notched a pair of sixth-place finishes in the 400m with a time of 1:01.69 and in the 3000m with a 10:04.74 at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22)... Took third at the Art Dual Meet (March 22) in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:27.88... Ran a personal best in the 800m with a 2:07.90 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 28)... Wrapped up the year with a 4:29.21 in the 1500m at the East Bay Invite (April 13).

2018 XC: Kicked off the season with a time of 29:49.0 at the SF State Invite (Sept. 21)… Ran a 28:22.8 at the Bronco Invite (Oct. 13)… Traversed the 10k Western Washington Classic (Oct. 20) course in 36:40.0… Registered a time of 28:59.0 at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 3)… Wrapped up the season at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 17), running the 6.2M in 37:13.8.

2017 XC: Did not see action.

Before SF State:  Joins the Gators after prepping at nearby Hillsdale HS in San Mateo, Califronia… Lettered in cross country for head coach Kevin Moore and the Knights… As a senior, qualified for the State Cross Country Meet as an individual, where he finished with a time of 17:19.2… Was also a member of the Hillsdale soccer team.
