2011-12:  Utilized redshirt season ... Earned a spot on the SF State Athletics Dean's List for both the fall and spring semesters.

2010-11: Enjoyed another dominating season after moving up to the 141-pound weight class, finishing with a 32-8 overall record to capture the squad’s most valuable wrestler award … Garnered All-America honors for the second time in three seasons after a fifth-place finish at the 2011 NCAA Division II meet (March 12) … Placed second at the Super Regional 4/Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 27) to go along with tournament titles at the Menlo Invitational (Jan. 2) and California Collegiates (Feb. 5) … Collected RMAC wrestler of the week honors after compiling a 5-0 record at the highly competitive NWCA National Duals (Jan. 8-9) … Received an invitation to the prestigious NWCA All-Star Classic where he posted a 6-4 sudden-victory decision over Menlo’s Christian Martinez (Nov. 21) … Played a key role in the Gators’ first dual-meet victory over Stanford since 1998 with a pin of the Cardinal’s Donovan Halpin … Maintained a national ranking in the NWCA individual poll throughout the year … Led the squad in several statistical categories, including total points (303), 2-point near falls (26), 3-point near falls (24) and pins (6) ... Also ranked second with 63 takedowns.

2009-10: Was a national qualifier for the second year in a row after successfully defending his RMAC individual championship at 133 pounds … Maintained a No. 3 ranking in his weight class for most of the regular season in the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division II poll … Reeled off 22 straight victories from Dec. 11 – Jan. 30 … Earned RMAC Wrestler of the Week honors on Feb. 2 after capturing the individual title at SF State’s own California Collegiate Open … Went 4-0 at the tournament, outscoring his opponents by a 63-4 margin and posting three victories by technical fall … Also displayed a dominating performance at the Menlo Invitational, defeating four wrestlers by a combined 56-1 en route the 133-lb. championship … Led the Gators in 2-point near falls (20), 3-point near falls (33) and wins by technical fall (8) … Finished second on the squad with 263 total points and tied for fourth with 42 takedowns.

2008-09: One of four Gators to garner All-America honors after a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Division II Championships ... Was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year after winning his weight class at the NCAA Division II West Regional/RMAC Championships ... Defeated top-seeded Marques Bravo of Western State in the title bout ... Finished second on the squad with 27 victories, 39 escapes and 324 total points ... Established a new SF State single-season record with 44 two-point near falls ... His 29 three-point near falls also rank eighth on the school’s single-season charts ... Defeated six Division I opponents on the year, including a 9-5 decision over Justin Durham of Cal State Bakersfield in the regular-season finale ... Earned four critical points with an 11-3 major decision over Menlo’s Aaron Garcia, helping the Gators edge the Oaks, 16-15 ... Managed a pair of third-period escapes to defeat Mesa State’s Rhett Breed, 11-10, as SF State downed the Mavericks, 27-9 ... Posted a 4-1 record en route to a second-place finish at the California Collegiates ... Came away with a dual-meet victory by technical fall over Ryan Zavala of then-No. 13 Chadron State on Jan. 30 ... Notched a 2-1 mark at the Embry-Riddle Duals, including a technical fall against Grand Canyon’s Alex Contreras ... Also captured a pair of bouts by technical fall in two duals vs. CS Fullerton and Air Force ... Recorded his third pin of the season against Illinois State’s Curran Allenston at the prestigious Midlands Championships on Dec. 29 ... Went 2-2 at the Cliff Keen Invitational on Dec. 5, including a pin of Montana State-Northern’s Colt Heger and an 18-3 major decision over Derek Gillespie of Air Force ... Made a statement in his first bout as a Gator with a 12-2 major decision victory over Cal Poly’s Jacob Tenenbaum...Was selected as SF State’s Freshman Male Athlete of the Year
