2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six of the Gators’ scheduled races ... Recorded two top-11 finishes on the year, helping SF State to a pair of team titles in the first two meets of the season ... Turned in an eighth-place performance at the CSUMB Invitational, completing the 2.75-mile course in 18:13 ... Placed 11th at the Mills College Invitational with a 5K time of 21:03 ... Posted a season-best 6K clocking of 24:37 at the NCAA West Regionals ... Also participated in the SF State Invite and CCAA Championships.
2009 TRACK: Established a new personal best in the 1,500 meters (5:08.58) at the Chico State Twilights ... Also competed in the 800 (2:39.41) and anchored the Gators’ 4x400 relay team at the SF State Distance Carnival.
2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Saw action in one meet, posting a 5K time of 21:43.90 at the USF Invitational.
