2010:  Played in 12 games....Had a .389 on-base percentage and a .933 fielding percentage...PERSONAL:   Deana graduated this past spring from Milpitas High School in San Jose, California. While there Deana was named to the Varsity Softball Sportmanship Award her Freshman Year. Her sophomore year she was named Athlete of the Year and was also named to All-League Honorable Mention in Basketball. Deana's Junior year she was again named Athlete of the Year. Finally her senior year she was once again named athlete of the year, named to First-Team All-League, and named as the teams MVP. Also, she was given the Milpitas High Bill Bebout Award, which goes to the top female athlete in recognition of athletic achievements throughout her high school career. While in high school, Deana also played varsity tennis and was given the Most Consisten-Undefeated Award. Finally she was given the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award. Deana is daughter to Art and Bernadette Querubin and sister of Chester. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, read spokenword poetry, and hang out with family and friends. Deana's major is Political Science.
